beautifully decorated and well-kept units with chocolate, lovely garden views, for instance, and the staff were helpful. the property's location was exceptionally nice and stunning, up to outdoor garden.
The setting was odd.

Nice location, attentive staff, stunningly beautiful views of the garden. Location just off the local cafes, Blackheath restaurants, and the blue mountains. Tasteful and fairly quiet room with central heating, flat-screen TV, and a microwave oven. Hypo-allergenic pillows, comfortable bed...

The dining facilities at Rowan Brae are a true culinary delight with homemade ice cream that could make you weak at the knees. Just a stone's throw away, Pizza Delish is the local go, to for a cheeky feed, about 0.99 km from the guesthouse. When it comes to chilling out, the outdoor dining area is the perfect spot to unwind after a day of exploring.
While Rowan Brae maintains its historic charm, some nooks and crannies might show their age. the minor imperfections add character to the property, and everything vital like plumbing, electricity, and internet is top, notch.

The staff at this historic guesthouse are absolutely lovely and great. the location is good, with Govetts Leap a short distance away. - the guesthouse is nestled in a grand old, stunningly beautiful historic building. - the room had coffee and a kettle available. - It's set close to an expressway, which made it easy to explore Blackheath.

The room was well appointed and comfortable, with tea facilities and a bar fridge provided. The location of the guesthouse was convenient as it was only two blocks away from the shops and train station. the bed was comfortable and the bathroom recently renovated, ensuring a pleasant stay.
The lack of a person at reception to welcome guests made the check-in process impersonal and clinical. Another downside was the absence of a table and chairs in the room to eat at, which was inconvenient, especially during inclement weather.

Staying at this hotel was a delightful experience! the location was perfect, just a short walk to local cafes and restaurants. the outdoor garden was stunning, providing a tranquil setting to relax. the historic building itself was charming, with a mix of antiques and modern Australian art decorating the interiors. the room was cozy, the bed was super comfy with plenty of pillow options, and the bathroom was spacious. Fresh flowers added a nice touch to the room, creating a welcoming atmosphere.
One thing that could be improved is the breakfast offering. While the basics were there, it would be great to have more variety and perhaps some locally sourced options.
