Nice location, attentive staff, stunningly beautiful views of the garden. Location just off the local cafes, Blackheath restaurants, and the blue mountains. Tasteful and fairly quiet room with central heating, flat-screen TV, and a microwave oven. Hypo-allergenic pillows, comfortable bed...

The staff at this historic guesthouse are absolutely lovely and great. the location is good, with Govetts Leap a short distance away. - the guesthouse is nestled in a grand old, stunningly beautiful historic building. - the room had coffee and a kettle available. - It's set close to an expressway, which made it easy to explore Blackheath.

Had a quiet 1 night-stay from the moment I checked-in. All the staff was helpful, fixed my issues. - the rooms of the hotel were tasteful and big size with a garden and beautiful view. - A microwave, an electric kettle, and a fridge were available. - the location was stunning - adjacent to the Blue Mountains and Blackheath restaurants and shops. - It also was in such a stylish establishment. My stay at Rowan Brae Historic Guesthouse in Blackheath was tranquil from the minute I arrived. the staff was incredibly helpful and promptly resolved any issues I had. the rooms were spacious and tastefully decorated, offering a lovely view of the garden. I appreciated the convenience of having a microwave, electric kettle, and fridge at my disposal. the location was breathtaking, being situated next to the Blue Mountains and close to the charming restaurants and shops of Blackheath. Overall, the guesthouse exuded elegance and style, making my experience truly enjoyable.

Loved the quiet location and comfy bed, felt like sleeping on a cloud. Antique items and fresh roses added a fancy touch. Sadly, the airport was too far for my private jet and the cable car couldn't pick me up at the front door.

Couldn't find the control panel for the air conditioner until morning, blame it on my lack of curtain-opening skills.

The value for money at this guesthouse was excellent. The room was cozy and clean, with a comfortable bed and beautiful garden views. The location was perfect, within walking distance to both the Rhododendron Gardens and the village. The staff were responsive and provided clear communication.

The morning meal could have been improved with a wider variety of options.

As a traveler exploring the scenic Blue Mountains, I recently had the pleasure of staying at Rowan Brae, an enchanting guesthouse. My stay was for three nights, and during that time, I enjoyed several positive features. The spacious room with access to a beautiful garden was a delightful surprise. The comfortable bed provided a restful sleep, and the self-catering option in the communal kitchen was convenient. The room's ambiance was enhanced by personal touches, making me feel welcome. Additionally, the location was ideal, offering a peaceful retreat while still being close to amenities in Blackheath.

    Nothing, all was good.
